Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for any reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with original tags and packaging. Please include proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ridecyclonix.com. We will provide you with the full return instructions, including the return address.
Note: As we operate from the CA, US and AUS but our logistics center is located in France, returns must be sent to our French address. This ensures faster and more reliable processing of your return. We understand this may involve international postage, so we recommend choosing a tracked and insured shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).
Returns sent without prior contact and confirmation may not be processed. Please ensure you retain proof of postage and tracking until your refund has been confirmed.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, cycling underwear cannot be returned or exchanged — even if unworn.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance / final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@ridecyclonix.com with your order number and a description (plus photo/video evidence if applicable). We will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g. for another size), return the original item first. Once it is received and approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.
